摘 要:文章旨在研究亲鸽饲料中添加不同水平的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对28日龄乳鸽消化道酶活性和血清生化指标的影响。试验选取1 080羽,540对成年美国白羽王鸽(雌、雄各半),随机分成4组:对照组、试验1组(T1)、试验2组(T2)、试验3组(T3)。分别饲喂含枯草芽孢杆菌制剂0、200、400、600 mg/kg的基础饲粮,试验期为28 d。结果表明:1各处理组28日龄乳鸽体重和日增重与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。2T3组乳鸽空肠内容物胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性以及回肠内容物的淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。3T3组乳鸽十二指肠碱性磷酸酶活性,空肠蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性以及回肠蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。4T2组乳鸽血清中葡萄糖含量升高了34.6%(P<0.05),而T3组乳鸽血清中尿素氮含量则降低了26.6%(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂能够提高肠道内容物和肠上皮细胞刷状缘酶活性,增强营养物质消化利用的能力,有效改善机体糖和蛋白质的代谢状况,因而对乳鸽的营养健康具有良好的维持作用。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of bacillus subtilis on intestinal enzymes' activities and serum biochemical parameters of pigeon squabs. A total of 540 pairs of parent White King pigeons were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments groups (control group, T1 group, T2 group, and T3 group). Pigeons were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0, 200, 400 mg/kg, and 600 mg/kg bacillus subtilis, respectively. The results showed: (1) The final body weight and daily weight gain of squabs in three treatments had no significant changes with control group. (2) In T3, activities of trypsin and lipase in jejunum content and activity of amylase in ileum content were increased significantly (P〈0.05). (3) In T3, activities of alkaline phosphatase in duodenum and jejunum, and activities of sucrase and mahase in jejunum and ileum were all increased significantly (P〈0.05). (4) Serum glucose concentration in squabs of T2 was increased by 34.6%, while serum urea nitrogen concentration of T3 was decreased by 26.6%(P〈0.05). In conclusion, the addition of bacillus subtilis in parental pigeon diet can notably promote the enzymes' activities both in intestinal content and epithelium, enhance the potency of nutrients' digestibility, and improve the situation of sugar and protein metab- olism. Therefore, bacillus subtilis was beneficial to the nutritional health of pigeon squabs.
