摘  要:选取黄山毛峰、霍山黄芽、龙井、屏山炒青、普洱、祁门红茶6种茶末,分析其对草鱼生长、饲料系数、鱼肉中脂类和脂肪酸的影响。在草鱼日粮中添加0、7、14、28 g/kg的茶粉制成颗粒饲料;选择5.5 g左右的草鱼作为试验对象,每组3个平行,饲养8周。试验结果显示:14 g/kg的普洱组,草鱼的增重率和饲料利用率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);7 g/kg霍山黄芽降低草鱼肉中脂肪的效果最为显著(P<0.05);7 g/kg黄山毛峰和14 g/kg普洱、祁红、霍山黄芽、屏山炒青降胆固醇的效果较好,较对照组的降低率分别约为12.69%、11.19%、14.18%、8.21%、11.94%;随着茶末添加量的增加,鱼肉中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)和单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的含量逐渐降低,多不包脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量逐渐增加。结果提示,饲料中添加茶末对草鱼的生长有影响,且能降低肌肉中脂肪、胆固醇含量,改善脂肪酸组成。This study aims to evaluate 6 kinds of tea powder of Huang Ya, Dragon Well, Keemun, Pu "er, Pan-fired, and MaoFeng on growth performance, feed utilization, flesh lipids and fatty acids of fingerlings grass carp. The basic diets were supplemented with 0, 7, 14, 28 g/kg of tea,and then made into granulated feed. Each group includes triplicate and each parallel group has thirty fish. The average weight of grass carp is (5.5±0.5) g.The feeding is kept eight weeks. The results show that comparison with control group, the weight gain of 14 g/kg the Pu'er tea group is significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Then flesh crude lipid content is significantly reduced (P〈0.05) in 7 g/kg of the Huang Ya tea group. The cholesterol is significantly decreased in 7 g/kg of MaoFeng, 14 g/kg of Pu "er, 14 g/kg of Keemun, 14 g/kg of Huang Ya tea, and 14 g/kg Pan-fired group, and compared with the control group the reduction rate are about 12.69%, 11.19%, 14.18%, 8.21%, 11.94%, respectively. With the increase of tea ad- dition, the content of total saturated fatty acids(SFA) and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) are decreased, meanwhile, the polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) are increased in flesh of grass carp. These results indicated that tea can influence growth performance of grass carp and decrease the content of the crude lipid and the cholesterol and improve the composition of fatty acids of muscle.
