摘 要:目的观察连夏配方颗粒对肾上腺素诱导的实验性大鼠心律失常的影响。方法将50只健康雄性成年SD大鼠随机分为对照组、美托洛尔组、连夏配方颗粒高剂量(210.00 mg/kg)组、连夏配方颗粒中剂量(105.00 mg/kg)组、连夏配方颗粒低剂量(52.50 mg/kg)组;连续预防性灌胃给药21 d后,描记肢体标准Ⅱ导联心电图;待心电图稳定后,各组大鼠均由舌下静脉迅速推入肾上腺素(100μg/kg,3 s内推注完)以建立心律失常模型;推注后立即计时连续记录15 min内大鼠心电图的变化,统计心律失常出现时间、心律失常持续时间、室早出现时间、室速出现时间及室速持续时间。结果与对照组比较,连夏配方颗粒高、低剂量与美托洛尔均可以降低肾上腺素诱导的心律失常大鼠的心律失常持续时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论连夏配方颗粒可以显著降低肾上腺素诱导的实验性心律失常大鼠的心律失常持续时间,具有抗肾上腺素诱导的实验性大鼠心律失常作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of LianXia Formula Granule (LXFG)on experimental arrhythmia of rats induced by adrenaline.Methods:Fifty healthy adult male SD rats were randomly assigned to five groups:model control group,metoprolol group,210.00 mg/kg-dose of LXFG group,105.00 mg/kg-dose of LXFG group,52.50 mg/kg-dose of LXFG group.Twenty-one days later,given the medicine for testing proactively and continually by intragastric administration,each rat was examined the electrocardiogram.They were given 100 μg/kg adrenaline by intravenous injection via the intravenous injection to model the experimental arrhythmia after electrocardiogram baselines were fixed.And then we kept time,recorded the rats' electrocardiograms for 15minutes without a break,and detected the emerging time of arrhythmia,the duration of arrhythmia,the emerging time of ventricular premature beat (VPB),the emerging time of fascicular ventricular tachycardia(FVT) and the duration of FVT.Results:Compared with the model control group,the duration of arrhythmia in the 210.00 mg/kg-dose of LXFG group and 52.50 mg/kg-dose of LXFG group and metoprolol group decreased,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01,P < 0.0 1,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of LianXia Formula Granule in rats with experimental arrhythmia induced by adrenaline can significantly decrease the duration of arrhythmia.And LianXia Formula Granule is effective to inhibit the experimental arrhythmia of rats induced by adrenaline.
