活血化瘀方加减联合介入辨治急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血化瘀方加减联合介入辨治急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法将100例患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予介入综合治疗;实验组在对照组治疗基础之上服用活血化瘀方加减诊治。观察两组患者治疗前后患肢周径改善状况;分析比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后实验组患者的髌骨上缘15 cm、髌骨下缘15 cm处的患肢周径显著小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组患者的74.00%(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀方加减联合介入辨治急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,能够显著缩小患者的髌骨上缘15 cm、髌骨下缘15 cm处的患肢周径,明显提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effects of blood circulation decoction treating joint intervention on acute deep venous thrombosis.Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 patients in each group.The control group were treated with combined therapy;experimental group were given blood circulation decoction treatment on the basic treatment of the control group.Two groups of patients was observed the changes of limb circumference before and after treatment and the clinical effects were analyzed by comparing the two groups after treatment.Results：Compared with the control group,the limb circumference of the experimental group was obviously smaller up the edge of the patella 15 cm,and down the edge of the patella 15cm with a statistically significant （P＜ 0.05）;the total effective rate 98.0％ of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group with the total effective rate 74.0％,which had a significant difference（P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：blood circulation decoction treatment joint intervention in patients with acute deep vein thrombosis can significantly reduce the patient＇s limb circumference up the patella edge 15cm and down the patella edge 15cm,and significantly improve the clinical effects,worthy of the clinical application.
