温针灸阳陵泉结合关节松动术治疗创伤性膝关节僵直的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸阳陵泉穴结合关节松动术治疗创伤性膝关节僵直的疗效,并探讨其治疗作用机制。方法将40例患者按照随机对照原则分为研究组和对照组。研究组行温针灸阳陵泉结合关节松动术进行治疗,对照组采用关节松动术进行治疗。两组患者同时配合常规运动疗法及对症治疗。分别在治疗前后行标准视觉类比量表(VAS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)评定及反映膝关节功能状况的HSS指数评定。结果研究组治疗后VAS较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后改善不明显(P>0.05),研究组在VAS改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后膝关节屈曲度、伸直度、屈伸弧度均较治疗前有明显改善(P>0.05),研究组明显优于对照组;两组患者治疗后膝关节HSS指数均较治疗前有明显改善,研究组改善程度大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论温针灸阳陵泉结合关节松动术治疗创伤性膝关节僵直的疗效明显。Objective：to explore the therapeutic mechanism and the effects of the treatments with warming needle moxibustion Yanglingquan point and knee joint mobilization on the traumatic stiff knee.Methods：40 cases with the traumatic stiff knee were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,20 cases in each group.Both groups received the regular exercise therapy.Besides,the research group was added the treatment with the warming needle moxibustion Yanglingquan point and joint mobilization,and the control group was added the joint mobilization treatments.Visual analog scale （VAS）,range of motion （ROM） and knee HSS index were assessed before and after treatments.Results：the VAS changed better in the research group after treatments,while there was no significant change of VAS in the control group.The flexion degree,extention degree and flexion radian improved significantly after treatments in both groups,and the research group changed better than the control group;the HSS index changed better after treatments in the research group and the control group,and the research group changed better than the control group.Conclusion：the effects of the treatments with warming needle moxibustion Yanglingquan point and knee joint mobilization on the traumatic stiff knee are obvious.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
