岭南地区近10年中风病中医用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的探讨岭南地区治疗中风病的中医用药规律。方法通过对近10年岭南地区中医药治疗中风病的临床研究文献进行梳理,总结分析中风病的用药规律。结果 48篇文献中,急性期文献28篇,恢复期20篇;药物类别排名前5位分别为活血化瘀药、补益药、平肝息风药、清热化痰药、化湿药。药物使用频次中前15位分别为地龙、川芎、黄芪、红花、桃仁、赤芍、石菖蒲、当归、水蛭、钩藤、大黄、甘草、丹参、天麻、白术。结论岭南医家治疗中风病用药是以活血化瘀药、补益药和平肝息风药为主,同时结合岭南地域特征,辅以清热化痰药及化湿药进行辨证施治,并适当佐于开窍药、泻下药等。Objective：To discuss the drug law of TCM drugs in the treatment of stroke in Lingnan area.Methods：Based on the reference and analysis of research literature on the treatment of stroke with traditional Chinese medicine in Lingnan area during recent 10 years,the drug law was summarized.Results：Among the 48 articles,there were 28 ones about acute phase,and 20 about convalescence.The top five categorizes of drugs were Huoxuehuayu drugs,Buyi drugs,Qingrehuatan drugs,Huashi drugs.The top 15 drugs frequently used were Earthworm,Szechuan Lovage Rhizame,Membranous Milkvetch Root,Safflower,Peach seed,Red paeony Root,Grasslesf Swetflag Rhizome,Chinese Angelica,Leech,Gambir Plant,Rhubarb,Liquoric Root,Danshen Root,Gastrodia elata,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome.Conclusion：the medicine used to treat stroke of Lingnan doctors is promoting of Huoxuehuayu drugs,Buyi drugs and Pingganxifeng drugs,agreeing with the features of Lingnan area,combined with Qingrehuatan drugs and Huashi drugs with dialectical method,and appropriately adding Kaiqiao drugs and diarrhea drugs,etc.
