自制消肿敛创膏防治混合痔术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制消肿敛创膏对混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组各60例,治疗组给予自制消肿敛创膏外敷换药,对照组给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷换药。结果治疗组治愈率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、创伤出血改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用自制消肿敛创膏防治混合痔术后并发症临床疗效确切。Objective：To observe the efficacy of self-made Xiaozhong convergence plaster on the the prevention and elimination of the postoperative complication of the mixed hemorrhoids,such as the edema of anal margin,the palliation of anal pain,the wound bleeding and so on,as well as the the efficacy on wound healing.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups-60 in the control group and 60 in the treatment group.The self-made Xiaozhong convergence plaster was used on the treatment group;the control group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment,each group twice a day.The efficacy was compared and evaluated among the following aspects-pain levels of anal pain,the wound bleeding and the healing time.Results：As for the cure rate,the control group was 78.3％,while the treatment group was 95.0％,the difference of which had a significance（P＜ 0.05）.There was no obvious difference in the incidence and the evaluation of the wound bleeding（P＞ 0.05）.However,there was remarkable difference in both the evaluation and incidence of anal pain,the edema of anal margin,which had a significant meaning（P＜ 0.05 或 P＜ 0.001）.The average healing time also had a significant meaning （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：self-made Xiaozhong convergence plaster with the obvious efficacy has a clinical value in the postoperative complication of the mixed hemorrhoids.
