足浴配合穴位按摩对代谢综合征患者GFR、SCr及BUA的影响

摘　　要：目的观察足浴配合穴位按摩对代谢综合征(MS)患者肾功能的影响。方法将60例MS患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用中西医结合治疗,观察组在对照组干预基础上予足浴并配合穴位按摩。两组分别于治疗前1 d、治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d观察肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(BUN)水平。结果两组患者治疗后肾功能均有改善,表现为GFR上升,SCr、BUN降低(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组GFR、SCr改善优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组BUA优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论足浴配合穴位按摩能改善MS患者肾功能。Objective：To observe the effect of lavipeditum and acupoint massage on foot with renal function in patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods：60 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of the observation group,the control group used lavipeditum and acupoint massage in addition.Both of groups were observed GFR,SCr and BUA before treatment 1 day and after treatment 7 day,14 day,21 day and 28 day.Results：The renal function from two groups of patients were improved after treatment.The glomerular filtration rate rose; serum creatinine decreased and blood uric acid decreased.Both of the intervention and control groups showed significant differences between the comparison groups before intervention （P＜ 0.05）.GFR,SCr of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups （P＜0.05）.BUA of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Joint application of lavipeditum and acupoint massage can improve renal function in patients with metabolic syndrome.
