针刺四神聪为主治疗颈性眩晕患者的评分量表评价

摘　　要：目的观察比较针刺四神聪为主和普通针刺治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将104例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组53例,治疗组采用针刺四神聪为主治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,并以"颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表"进行疗效判定。治疗周期为30 d。结果治疗组总有效率为86.27%,明显高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05);两组治疗后两组症状评分较治疗前均有不同程度改善(P<0.05);两组比较,治疗组在眩晕、头痛、日常生活及工作等方面积分改善上明显优于对照组(P<0.05);结果示治疗后两组积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组积分降低更加明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺四神聪为主可更有效改善颈性眩晕症状。Objective：To observe different effects between acupuncture Sishencong mainly and ordinary acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods：Clinical randomized 104 patients with cervical vertigo were divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment period of 30 days,including 51 cases in the treatment group,53 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture Sishencong based treatment,while the control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment,and both were judged by cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.27％,while in the control group,the total efficiency was 79.25％.Conclusion：Acupuncture Sishencong can more effectively improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo.
