摘 要:目的观察应用知信行健康教育模式对中风恢复期患者功能锻炼依从性的效果。方法将62例中风恢复期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,采用自行设计的中风恢复期患者功能锻炼依从性问卷以及日常生活能力量表(Barthel),对照组依照2013年北京市中医管理局下发的中医管理13套方案中中风(恢复期)护理方案进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予"知信行"健康教育模式进行干预,观察治疗前、治疗后6周两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组功能锻炼的完全依从率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患肢功能锻炼恢复情况(Barthel)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对中风恢复期患者实施"知信行"健康教育模式干预,可提高患者功能锻炼的依从性,促进患肢得以最大限度的恢复。Objective:The observe the effect of the healthy education model of understanding,believing and acting on the function exercises on the recovering period of Post-stroke deficient patient.Methods:62 patients with post-stroke deficiency were divided into treatment group and control group equally.The patients in control group were given nursing treatment according to 13 sets of plans for post-stoke deficiency by administration Bureau of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine while the patients in treatment group were given traditional nursing and the intervention by the healthy education model of understanding,believing and acting,and then the patients would be evaluated 6 weeks before and after the treatment.Results:dependence of function exercises for the patients in the treatment group is superior to that in the comparing group (P<0.05),and function recovering condition for the patients in the treatment group is superior to that in the comparing group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:It shows that the healthy education model of understanding,believing and acting will increase the dependence of function exercises and maximize the recovery of Post-stroke deficient patient
