摘 要:对1.0~1.6mm的新疆核桃壳进行改性,在其表面引入氨基基团,以此作为吸附剂,研究其对含Cr(VI)模拟废水的静态吸附性能。实验结果表明,改性核桃壳对Cr(VI)有很好的吸附作用,对于50m L浓度为20mg/L模拟水样,当温度为25℃,水样初始p H值为5.89,吸附剂用量为0.50g,吸附时间为180min时,Cr(VI)的去除率可以达到98.6%,并且随着体系温度的升高,改性核桃壳对Cr(VI)的吸附量逐渐增加。吸附等温线拟合结果表明,Langmuir吸附等温模型能更好地描述上述吸附过程。Xinjiang walnut shell was chemically modified with amino groups on the surface. The static adsorption of Cr(VI) in simulated wastewater was studied with modified walnut shell as absorbent. The effects of experimental conditions on removal efficiency of Cr(VI) in simulated wastewater were determined. The optimal conditions were as follows: simulated wastewater was 50mL, concentration of Cr(VI) was 20rag/L, temperature was 25 ℃, diameter of amino-modified walnut shells was 1.0-1.6ram, absorbent dosage was 0.50g, initial pH value was 5.89 and adsorption time was about 180 minutes. Under these conditions, the adsorption efficiency of Cr(VI) could be up to 98.6%. Adsorption capacity of Cr(VI) increased gradually with increasing temperature. Adsorption isotherms were measured at different temperature and fitted by Langmuir adsorption model and Freundlich adsorption model. The results showed that the adsorption of Cr(VI) on amino-modified walnut shells could be described by Langmuir adsorption model.
