摘　　要：目的:了解网络成瘾者的注意和干扰抑制及工作记忆等执行功能的改变。方法:选取16名网络成瘾(IAD)患者和16名正常志愿者,采用经典色词Stroop实验与N-back工作记忆任务,研究注意偏向与工作记忆能力。结果:在Stroop任务中,IAD组与对照组的色词一致(CC)情况下的反应时(RT)明显短于色词非一致(IC)情况下的反应时(RT),差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);IAD组在CC与IC的情况下,RT均短于正常对照组RT,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。而正确率(ACC)在CC情况下,两组差异不明显(P>0.05);在IC情况中,IAD组的ACC则高于对照组ACC,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。在N-back工作记忆任务中,IAD的1、2-back的RT均短于对照组RT,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在正确率的差异上无统计学意义。结论:IAD患者大脑抗干扰能力并未受到损害,但是否表示IAD患者执行功能未受影响仍需进一步探索。Objective：To investigate the executive function of internet addiction disorder patients preliminarily by testing the attention bias and working memory. Methods ： The Stroop test and N - back working memory task were applied to measure the attention bias and working memory of 16 IAD patients and 16 normal controls. Results：In the Stroop test, the reflect time （RT） of congruent condition （CC） was significantly shorter than the incongruent condition （IC） in both of the IAD group and the control group. On both of CC and IC, the RT of the IAD patients was significantly shorter than those of the controls. On the IC, the accura- cy （ACC） of IAD patients was higher than those of the controls. In N - back working memory task, the RT of 1 - back and 2 - back in IAD group were shorter than the RT in the control group. Conclusion：The capacity of resisting disturbance of IAD patient was not imoaired. Whether the executive function of IAD is involved or not needs a further research.
