“清补二法”治疗月经不调的聚类分析

摘　　要：目的:探索名中医魏绍斌教授治疗月经不调的辨证经验,继承并发扬名医学术思想。方法:采集魏绍斌教授门诊104例月经不调患者的临床辨证及处方情况,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行聚类分析。结果:104例月经不调患者"太过"以阴虚血热及湿热扰冲证型多见,处方以生脉散、二至丸、失笑散、四妙散、坤茜汤多见,"不及"以肾虚血亏证型多见,处方以五子衍宗丸、圣愈汤、四物汤多见。结论:魏绍斌教授临床采用"太过"、"不及"论治月经不调,清其太过,补其不足,取得良好疗效。Objective：To explore the discriminate experiences about Professor WEI Shaobin in treating irregular menstruation, inheriting and carrying forward the medical academic thought. Methods ： We collected the discrimination about 104 cases of irregular menstruation patients who were treated by professor WEI Sbaobin and the cluster analysis was done by SPSS 13.0 software. Results ： Deficiency of yin and blood - beat syndrome was more common in the excess sndromes and kidney deficiency insufficiency of blood syndrome was more common in the insufficiency sydnromes. Conclusion ： Excess or insufficiency on the treatment of irregular menstruation by decreasing the excess and supplementing the insufficiency will achieve a good effect.
