试析周仲瑛临证辨治食道癌术后经验

摘　　要：分析及总结周仲瑛教授对食道癌术后的中医辨证及治疗用药特点。将食道癌术后分初期、中期、末期,扶正祛邪始终贯传治疗的全过程,根据病情不同分期及辨证分型,正确处理扶正与祛邪的关系。总结周老治疗食道癌术后用药经验、常用药对。并例举3例典型病案。The author analyzed and summarized that professor ZHOU Zhongying treats patients characteristically after esopha- geal cancer operation based on TCM syndrome differentiation. The postoperative esophageal cancer is divded minuted early, mid and late periods. Fuzheng and Quxie treatments always run through the whole process. According to the condition of different stages and the dialectical relationship of Fuzheng and Quxie, it should be correctly handled the relationship between Fuzheng and Quxie. It summarized professor ZHOU＇s treatment of esophageal cancer postoperative medication and commonly - used drugs. And three typical cases are exampled.
