中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:将92例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为观察组和对照组(每组各46例),两组均给予传统西医治疗,观察组另给予耳穴、针刺和穴位注射;7天后观察患者呕吐、尿酮体情况。结果:观察组总有效率为89.1%,对照组总有效率为97.8%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐临床疗效显著优于传统西医治疗,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical elect of treating hyperemesis gravidarum by the integrative medicine. Methods：92 patients were randomly divided into observation group （46 cases） and the control group（46 cases）. The routine western medicine was applied as basic treatment and given to each patient. Besides,patients of observation group were treated with acupoint injection, auric ulnar piaster therapy and acupuncture simultaneously. 7 days was as a course. We checked the changes in the urine ketone bodies. Results ： The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： Treating hyperemesis gravidarum by the integrative medicine has a significant effect and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
