中西医结合治疗对哮喘患者临床症状及血清TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索中医方剂定喘汤加减结合西医对症治疗对哮喘患者临床症状以及血清TNF-α的改善情况。方法:选取我院自2012年4月—2014年4月间收治的哮喘患者150例作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例)。其中,对照组患者给予西医对症治疗,而观察组患者在给予西医对症治疗外加用七味都气丸加减治疗。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况,以及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6和白介素-10水平变化。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状有不同程度的改善,其中,观察组患者总有效率为92.00%;对照组患者总有效率为78.67%。治疗后两组患者血清白介素-6和TNF-α均降低(P<0.05),血清白介素-10升高(P<0.05),且观察组白介素-6和TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05),白介素-10高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合对哮喘患者体内TNF-α、白介素-6和白介素-10水平有很好的改善作用,且治疗作用亦十分突出,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective：To explore the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine Dingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine on clinical symptoms and serum TNF-α of asthma patients. Methods ： From April 2012 to April 2014,150 cases of asthma patients in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group （75 cases） and control group （75 cases） according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with Western medicine treatment based on symptoms while patients in the observation group were treated with Qiwei Duqi Pill on the basis of control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF -α） , interleukin -6 and interleukin - 10 were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results ： After treatment, the clinical symptoms were all improved to varying degrees, in which the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00% and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.67%. After treatment, serum inter- leukin - 6 and TNF-α were reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the serum interleukin - 10 was elevated（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum interleukin -6 and TNF- α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ） and the serum interleukin- 10 was higher than that of the observation group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：ntegrative medicine has a very good improvement on TNF -α ,interleukin- 6 and interleukin -10 levels for asthma patients and the therapeutic effect is also very prominent. It is worthy of being used in clinic.
