腹针结合复原活血汤治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:验证腹针结合复原活血汤治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组在基础治疗(平卧硬板床、骨折处垫枕、功能锻炼、药物治疗及饮食调护)的同时应用腹针结合复原活血汤治疗,对照组仅予基础治疗。观察治疗前后两组主症VAS评分,并比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗前后VAS评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗均可有效改善疼痛,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,优于对照组74.19%,(P<0.05)。结论:腹针结合复原活血汤治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折可发挥较佳疗效,值得在临床实践中加以推广。Objective ： To verify the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for simple thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods ：60 cases of thoracolumbar compression fractures were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. In tile treatment group, basic treatment （ including lay down hard bed, cushion pillow at fracture, functional exercise, drug treatment and diet aftercare） , abdominal acupuncture and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction were applied at the same time. In the control group, only basic treatment was applied. Before and after the treatment, the VAS scores were observed and the clinical efficacy of both groups was compared. Results ： The scores of VAS in both groups had statistical significance before and after the reatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, which showed the two groups can effectively relieve the pain. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 67% ,and the total effective rate of control group was74. 19% ,which indicated that the two effective rates had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） and the treatment group had better effect. Conclusion ： Abdominal acupuncture and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with simple thoracolumbar compression fractures and it was worth popularizing in clinical practice.
