摘　　要：目的:对近10年以来国内发表的针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献进行计量分析与评价,为临床医疗和科研提供依据。方法:利用文献计量学的方法对针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的RCT文献进行检索,并从发表年代、基金资助以及文献内容等方面进行统计分析。结果:截止至2013年9月,共20篇文献符合纳入标准。分析表明针灸治疗本病的临床试验越来越多,但研究仍然存在较多问题。结论:建议在以后的研究中应更多的采用设计规范严谨的多中心、大样本临床随机对照试验。Objective ：The purpose was to evaluate the clinical randomized controlled trials paper of acupuncture therapy for diarrhea- predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS -D） in the past 10 years and to provide the basis for clinical medical and scientific research. Methods ： We retrieved the literatures with the method of bibliometrics and analysed the quality from published decades,fund, contents and other aspects. Results：As of September 2013, a total of 20 papers were included in the standard. The research showed that the number of the articles was on the rise, but there were still many problems. Conclusion： It suggested that the more rigorous design specification, multicenter and large sample randomized controlled clinical trims should be used in future study.
