中医辨治小儿反复呼吸道感染的研究进展

摘　　要：反复呼吸道感染是小儿时期的常见病,由于其反复发作,成为临床治疗难点。通过将近年来中医治疗该病的理论和临床研究文献进行整理归纳,从病因病机及治疗方面(中医内治法、中医外治法、综合治疗)对该病目前的研究进展进行概括总结,提出目前该病临床研究中暴露的问题,以期在今后对该病的研究中有更合理的方案。Recurrent respiratory tract infection is a common disease in infantile period, which is difficult for clinical therapy due to its repeated attacks. Based on a large number of collection and studied of literature on the theory and clinical research about this disease , we reviewed the research progress of the disease and summarized from the aspects of pathogenesis and treatment. And we found the problem exposed at present, and proposed some feasible solutions in order to have a more reasonable research plan in the future.
