摘　　要：MicroRNAs负向调控基因的表达,在细胞分化和细胞功能调节中起着重要作用,近期的研究表明microRNAs在血管新生中发挥着非常重要的调控作用,根据其对血管新生影响的不同,可大致分为促进血管新生和抑制血管新生的microRNAs两类。文章概述了近年来microRNAs在新生血管形成调控方面的最新研究进展。The microRNAs downregulates the expression of gene. It plays a very important role in cell differentiation and cell function adjustment. Recent studies have shown that microRNAs plays a veFy important role in regulating angiogenesis. According to its effect on angiogenesis, microRNAs can be roughly divided into promoting angiogenesis microRNAs and suppress angiogenesis mieroRNAs. This paper summarizes the latest research progress of mieroRNAs on angiogenesis.
