摘　　要：丝绸之路经济带建设对新疆产业结构产生巨大影响,优惠政策将推动新疆各产业发展,贸易畅通促进新疆产业结构转型升级,货币流通提升新疆金融业发展水平,民心相通带动新疆文化、旅游、科技和教育产业的发展。提出加强各项政策协调配套,推进新疆产业结构优化升级,进一步完善基础设施建设,构筑立体式交通体系,完善贸易政策法规,推进贸易渠道畅通,加快金融市场化改革,扩大市场准入,加强与周边国家民间往来,带动相关产业发展等对策建议。Silk Road economic belt construction in Xinjiang have a huge impact on the industrial structure. The incentives pro- mote the development of various industries, trade promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, currency circulation enhances the level of financial sector development, the people connected culture promote culture, tourism, science and technology and education industry. Proposed suggestions that strengthen the coordination of policies supporting and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang, further improve the infrastructure and build three -dimensional transportation system, improve trade policies and regulations, promote trade channels, speed up financial market reform, expand market access, strengthen non - governmental exchanges with neighboring countries, development of related industries.
