论监狱建筑的功能与社会文化的协调性——以监狱建筑的文化传承、功能完善与结构创新为视角

摘　　要：审视现代社会发展对于监狱行刑的要求，现代监狱更加强调将刑罚文化上升到法治文化，甚至于社会治理与人类发展的文化的功能展示。因而，监狱建筑的羁押囚禁、生活起居、教化改造、劳作技能传授等四大功能应当更加重视刑罚执行、罪犯犯罪心理及行为矫治、罪犯社会回归教育等主要因素的文化传承．更加重视与社会文化的协调一致性。监狱建筑布局与功能构思必须始终如一的贯穿刑罚这根主线，体现法治内涵，外观上凸现地方文化特色，融入社会格调，彰显社会内涵，结构上突出以人为本，富于人文内涵，规划上注重规范与传承，显现发展气息，单元细节上重视人性发展，突出生存权利。Reflecting on the requirement of the prison execution of contemporary social development, modern prison tends to give more emphasis on making punishment culture rise to the rule-of -aw culture, even the function of social governance and the development of the human culture.Therefore, prison buildings should undertake the four functions of imprisonment, daily life, re-education, and work skill learning, and also lay more emphasis on the penalty execution, criminal crime psychological and behavioral treatments, criminals cultural heritage, and the consistency with social culture, which needs that, the prison buildings＇ visual image have local culture characteristics and demonstrate the social connotation; the structure highlight the people-oriented ideology and he rich in cultural connotation; the planning pay more attention to the specification and inheritance; and the unit details attach great importance to the development of human nature and the right to exist.
