摘　　要：目的分析青岛市中小学生1995、2000和2010年贫血患病状况,为制定更有针对性的贫血防治措施提供依据。方法利用1995、2000和2010年青岛市学生体质与健康调研所获得的贫血患病数据进行统计学分析。结果 1995、2000和2010年青岛市中小学生分别调查1 128、2 768、2 112人,其贫血检出率分别为20.30%、1.81%、4.64%(P<0.01);1995、2000年学生贫血检出率随年龄的增长而呈降低趋势(P<0.01),2010年学生贫血检出率各年龄相差不大(P<0.01);2000和2010年中小学生贫血检出率均为全国高于青岛(P<0.01)。结论 1995、2000年青岛市中小学生贫血检出率明显降低,但2000、2010年学生检出率略微有升高趋势,应加强健康干预,采取有效措施,全面降低贫血检出率。Objective To analyze the anemia prevalence among primary and secondary school students in Qingdao city,in 1995,2000 and 2010,so as to provide the basis for making more effective preventive therapy strategies. Methods A total of 1 128,2 768, and 2 112 students were surveyed in 1995,2000, and 2010 respectively. Statistical analysis was made on the data of the anemia prevalence according to the data of Qingdao Students＇ Constitution and Health in 1995,2000 and 2010. Results The rate of the anemia relevance of primary and middle school students was 20. 30%, 1.81%, and 4.64 %,respectively in 1995,2000 and 2010（ P 〈0.01）. The rate of the anemia relevance of students was decreasing as the students＂ ages were rising in Qingdao in 1995 and 2000（ P 〈0.01）. The anemia relevance rate was similar among all a- ges in 2010（ P 〈0.01）. The rate of the anemia prevalence of students in Qingdao was much lower than that Of the national in 2000 and 2010（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The rate of the anemia relevance of students decreases in 1995 and 2010 in Qingdao,while the rate of the anemia prevalence of students increases slightly in 2000 and 2010. Health education intervention should be strengthened and effective measures should be taken to decrease the anemia relevance.
