摘　　要：目的了解大连市各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,加强医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》等,对大连市44所医疗机构消毒工作进行监测分析。结果 2012-2013年共采集样品1 603份,合格的1 448份,合格率为90.33%;2年合格率分别为92.10%和88.93%（P〈0.05）;市直医疗机构合格率最高,为94.49%。各监测项目中,洁净手术室空气、灭菌器、灭菌后医疗器材和使用中紫外线灯合格率最高,均为100.00%,医务人员手合格率最低,为86.11%（P〈0.01）。结论大连市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但医务人员手卫生状况相对较差。Objective To understand the disinfection quality in medical institutions in Dalian city,so as to improve the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods According to Technical Standard for Disinfection and GB 15982-2012 Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals, to analyze the disinfection status of 44 hospitals. Results During 2012-2013,1 603 samples were detected, the average qualified rate of disinfection was 90.33%;The qualified rate in two years was 92.10G and 88.93% （P 〈0.05）; The qualified rate of municipal hospitals was the highest （94.49%）. The qualified rate of indoor air, sterilizer, sterilized items and intensity of ultraviolet lamp was the highest （100.00%）. The qualified rate of medical staff hand was the lowest （86.11%）（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The quality of disinfection surveillance in medical institutions is well, but the status of medical staff hand is relatively poor, and the man- agement hand hygiene should he strengthened.
