逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后患者抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:58例乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各29例,治疗组采用逍遥散加味治疗,对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,两组均以3周为1个疗程,连服2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后抑郁症具有较好的临床疗效,不良反应少,安全性高,患者容易接受。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyaosan treatment of depression in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods： 58 cases of postoperative breast cancer accompanied with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,29 cases in each group. The treatment group was given modified Xiaoyaosan,and the control group was given oral flupentixol and melitracen tablets. 3 weeks as 1 course of treatment of the two groups,and evaluated the therapeutic efficacy 2 months after treatment. Results： After treatment,self rating depression scale（ SDS） score of the treatment group compared with the control group,showed that there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,at the same time,adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Xiaoyaosan in treating breast cancer postoperative depression has good clinical curative effect,less adverse reaction,high security,easy for patients to accept.
