糖痹外洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察糖痹外洗方治疗瘀血阻络型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:40例瘀血阻络型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用糖痹外洗方。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血NO、血液流变学、多伦多评分、10 g尼龙丝试验及安全性指标。结果:治疗组有效率为85.00%,对照组有效率为60.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液流变学指标、血NO、多伦多评分、10 g尼龙丝检查:两组比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。安全性指标:两组肝肾功能检查均在正常范围。两组均未见与药物有关的明显不良反应。结论:糖痹外洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tangbi washout in treating diabetic perineuropathy. Methods： 40 patients with diabetic perineuropathy of obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group was given additional Tangbi washout. Evaluate the index such as Chinese medical symptom-type integral,blood NO,hemorheology,Toronto score,10 g monofilament test and safety index. Results： The total effective rate was 85. 00% in treatment group and 60. 00% in control group. Hemorheology,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared the hemorheology,Toronto score,10 g monofilament test,the treatment group was better than that of controlled group（ P〈0. 01）. Security： kidney function test in both groups have no bad reactions. Conclusion： Tangbi washout in treating diabetic perineuropathy has better curative effect.
