通络调脂汤治疗血脂异常合并稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通络调脂汤治疗血脂异常合并稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:100例血脂异常合并稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,辨证属脾虚痰阻兼血瘀,按就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组各50例。所有患者均给予冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病二级预防常规用药,对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯,治疗组采用通络调脂汤加单硝酸异山梨酯。两组疗程均为12周。结果:两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络调脂汤治疗血脂异常合并稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病能减轻患者症状,调节血脂,稳定冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病病情。Objective： To observe the effect and safety of Tongluo Tiaozhi Decoction in treating stable coronary artery disease（ SCAD）with dyslipidemia. Methods： 100 SCAD and dyslipidemia patients of spleen-asthenia and phlegm-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups of treatment group and control group. All of cases were given secondary prevention of coronary artery disease; then the control group was given isosorbide mononitrate,and the treatment group was given isosorbide mononitrate and Tongluo Tiaozhi Decoction. 12 weeks as a course of treatment. Results： The therapeutic effect on syndrome of TCM of the treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）; in the aspect of electrocardiogram,the treatment group could improve electrocardiogram better than control group,which were significant differences between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Tongluo Tiaozhi Decoction in treating stable coronary artery disease can release symptom,regulate blood fat and stabilize CAD.
