摘　　要：目的:为社会资本办医创造条件,促进卫生服务市场良性发展。方法:以完全竞争市场理论为假设,分析了我国卫生服务市场的准入、竞争、筹资和顾客身份等要素条件。结果:当前的社会经济政治条件对社会资本办医的激励和吸引力不足,国家政策目标难以实现。结论:要提高社会资本办医的积极性。ObjectiveTo create conditions for social capital investing in medical industry, improve the healthy development ofhealth service market.MethodThe factors of health service market like admittance,competitions,financing and customer＇s identitywere analyzed based on the theory of perfect competition market.Result：The current social economical and political conditions arelacked of motivation and attraction for social capital,national policy goal cannot realized.Conclusion：The social conditions of enhancing the enthusiasm of social capital to invest in medical industry.
