摘　　要：目的:梳理上海医疗服务价格项目规范的现状,对比分析国家规范与上海操作之间的差异,为上海医疗服务价格项目规范提出总体思路和政策建议。方法:通过文件梳理,了解上海医疗服务价格项目规范的现状,同时对比分析上海操作与国家规范之间的异同;在此基础上,通过专家咨询提出政策建议。结果:上海汇编与国家规范在项目范围、分类目录、项目框架、编码设置、项目构成要素等方面存在差异。结论:上海医疗服务价格项目规范工作应根据国家相关要求,结合上海实际情况和临床习惯,逐步实现医疗服务行为规范、医疗费用结构优化的目的。Objective：To elaborate the current situation of pricing item standard of Shanghai medical services, compare and analyze the differences between national standard and Shanghai＇s practice, so as to provide general idea and policy suggestion for pricingitem standard of Shanghai medical services.Methods：Summarizing documents to understand the current situation of pricing item standard of Shanghai medical services, meanwhile comparing and analyzing the the differences between national standard and Shanghai＇s practice; based on the basis, policy suggestion was given through expert consulting.Results：There are differences among Shanghaicompilation and the country standard on scope, category, item frame, coding setting, structure factor, etc.Conclusion：Work on pricing item standard of Shanghai medical services should base on national relevant requirement, combine the current situation and practice of Shanghai, gradually realize the purpose of medical service behavior standard and medical expense structure optimization.
