广州、东莞食蚊鱼体内重金属含量检测与评价

摘　　要：采用常规的原子吸收法检测了广州、东莞的主要河涌内采集的食蚊鱼样品体内重金属Cr、Cd、Cu、Fe、Zn、Pb、Mu的含量.实验结果表明：广州及东莞十个采样点的食蚊鱼体内的重金属Cd、Pb未检出,Fe、Zn含量较高,Cu基本符合国家标准,Cr在珠江的三个采样点超标.Mu在部分位点有检出.各采样点的水质状况不容乐观,特别是东莞的采样点水质为Ⅳ～Ⅴ类.Using conventional atomic absorption method to detect the content of heavy metal ： Cr, Cd, Cu, Fe, Zn Pb,Mu in mosquitofish which live in the main fiver of Guangzhou or Dongguan . The results show that： Cd, Pb were not checked out, and the content of Fe and Zn were higher;Cu was in line with national standards;Cr was ex- ceeded standard in the three sampling points in zhujiang rier; Mu was checked out in some sampling points. The water quality of each sampling point was not optimistic, and especially in Dongguan , the water quality of the sam- piing points was Ⅳ-Ⅴ.
