高等院校体育教育本科专业教育实习模式反思、构建与展望

摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈、实地考察等研究方法,通过国内外新任体育教师标准及体育教育实习模式的比较与反思,指出我国体育教育专业实习模式存在形式单调、实习基地使用效率低及实习评价单一等方面的问题,并分析其产生的原因及不良影响,结合福建师大体科院教育实习模式改革阶段成果,提出相应的改善对策.最后,从学生素质全面提升和学院教学效果改善的角度,在实习阶段划分、实习基地建设、实习管理体系及实习评价体系四个方面对实习模式进行了展望.By studying the physical teachers＇standard abroad and comparing the internships pattern of physical edu- cation, this paper adopts documents, interviews, and field research, and thus points out some problems in this pat- tern： the simplicity of the form, the inefficiency usage of practice bases, and the plain evaluation, as well as the reasons and negative consequences. Then some relevant improving measures are put forward according to the phased results of the reform of Physical Culture Institution in Fujian Normal University. Lastly, the paper tries to prospect a better internship mode in the division of internships period, the construction of the bases, management and the evaluation, aiming to improve students＇overall quality and teaching efficiency.
