摘  要:以桑树雌雄幼苗为研究对象,研究其抗氧化系统在增强UV-B辐射下(比对照组增加10%)的性别响应差异.结果表明:1)UV-B辐射使雌雄桑苗叶片的SOD、POD活性显著升高,雌株的CAT活性显著降低,且处理下桑苗雄株的POD活性显著高于雌株.2)桑苗叶片MDA和Pr含量在UV-B辐射下显著增高,且雄株叶片MDA含量显著低于雌株,Pr含量显著高于雌株.3)UV-B辐射增强的情况下桑树雌雄幼苗的叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量显著降低,同时雌株的叶绿素a和总叶绿素含量显著低于雄株.研究结果表明了在增加UV-B辐射的情况下,雄性桑苗在叶绿素含量及渗透调节能力方面要高于雌株,雄株抗氧化酶对UV-B辐射的响应更积极.In this study, we focused on the sexual differences of antioxidant enzyme activities and photosynthetic pigments contents between male and female mulberry seedlings under enhanced UV-B radiation (increased 10% compared with the control group) . The results showed that: 1 ) UV-B radiation significantly increased SOD and P POD activities of mulberry leaf and decreased the CAT activity of females ; POD activity of females was significantly lower than that of males. 2) The contents of MDA and Pr in mulberry sapling leaves increased significantly under UV-B radiation and the MDA content in males was significantly lower than females' but Pr content was significantly higher than females'. 3) Under enhanced UV-B radiation, the content of chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll re- duced significantly compared with control and female saplings' chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll contents were ,signifieantly lower than male plants. This research showed that the response of antioxidant enzyme of males to UV-B radiation was more positive than that of females. Then, the content of chlorophyll and the osmotic adjustment ability of males were higher than those of females.
