摘　　要：在建立区域投资环境评价指标体系的基础上,运用PCA(主成分分析方法)对江苏省49个县级市2001年、2006年和2010年的区域投资环境进行了横向和纵向的分析与比较,得出了城市综合得分和排名.研究发现,江苏省县级市区域投资环境按照优劣顺序总体上呈现苏南-苏北-苏中的分布特征,这与各区域经济发展水平并没有显著的对应关系,而且影响区域投资环境的诸如政府政策、基础设施、地价等因素所占的权重也是不断变化着的.无论是对于投资者选择最优区域还是引资者引进最适产业来说,都具有参考意义.Based on the PCA（ Principal Components Analysis ） of regional investment environment, this thesis pro- vides vertical and horizontal analysis and eomparison about regional investment environments of 49 county-level cit- ies in Jiangsu province of 2001, 2006 and 2011 by the method of factor analysis. The urban eomprehensive scores and rankings are concluded. Results show that regional investment environments of all county-level cities are fea- tured by South-Jiangsu, North-Jiangsu and Mid-Jiangsu in order of quality and this eharacter is not obviously in cor- respondence with the economic development. Another conclusion is that factors affecting the regional investment en- vironment sueh as government policy, infrastructure, the price of land, are not immutable. It has reference signifi- canee for investors to choose the optimal area or the introduction of the optimal industry.
