摘　　要：医疗联合体是实现一定区域内的医疗机构、设备、人力、技术、文化等医疗资源有效整合的一种新模式,可以提高区域医疗资源的利用效率。基于国内外医疗联合体的发展现状分析,该文提出构建城市区域性医疗联合体的几点思考:建立统一的管理体制、加强信息化建设和分级诊疗转诊管理机制等,实现区域医疗卫生资源合理配置,增强联合体的凝聚力,使医疗机构更富有竞争能力和活力。Medical union is a mode for regional integration of medical resources within a certain area,including med- ical services, equipment, manpower, technology, culture and other medical resources, which could improve the utilization efficiency of regional medical resources. On the basis of the development status of the medical union in China as well as that in other countries,the author made some discussion on the regional medical union building,which are as follows： to construct a unified management system, strengthen the construction of information platform, and establish a managerial mechanism for graded medical care and transfer treatment; to realize the rational allocation of regional medical re- sources, enhance the cohesion of union, help primary health care units to strengthen their specialty construction and play their professional advantages. It follows that the medical institutions are more competitive and vital.
