摘　　要：为了解决U形压弯零件表面的擦伤痕迹,提高零件的表面质量,设计了一副较为新颖的U形压弯模。采用滚动压弯的原理,将凹模设计成滚轮形式。这种滚轮压弯方式不仅从根本上杜绝了零件表面的擦伤痕迹,而且提高了零件的表面质量和生产效率,延长了模具寿命,降低了操作者的劳动强度。In order to eliminate the scratches on U-shaped bending part and improve the sur-face quality,a novel bending die structure was designed.According to the roll bending prin-ciple,the roller type structure was adopted in the concave die.This die structure not only e-liminated the scratches on the surface and extended the life time of the die,but also im-proved the productivity and reduced the labor intensity of operator.
