唐山市玉田县高血压患病率调查及偏倚分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市玉田县居民的高血压患病现状并对数据的真实有效性进行分析。方法应用问卷调查及体格检查方式对国家心血管项目抽中人群进行现场调查,并对不同调查阶段、不同调查员所获得调查结果差异性进行分析,同时应用小问卷进行重测一致性分析。结果高血压标准化患病率为33.06%,知晓率44.92%,治疗率39.04%,控制率9.97%。;不同调查阶段的高血压患病率差异有统计学意义,不同调查员间的高血压患病知晓率、治疗率差异无统计学意义,一致性检验显示高血压患病知晓和治疗情况的重测一致性较高。结论调查显示玉田县居民心血管患病率较高,高血压的诊断、治疗、控制情况亟待改善;调查数据信度较高,样本代表性需进一步探讨。Objective To examine the current status of cardio-cerebrovascular disease and the related risk factors among the residents in Yutian country of Tangshan city. Methods Questionnaire and physical examination were used to conduct on site investigation in Yutian county. Bias analysis included different investigation phases, consistency check was performed. Results The standardized morbidity rate of hypertension was 33.06%, awareness rate was 44. 92%, treatment rate was 39. 04%, control rate was 9.97%. Different stages of hypertension prevalence rates were different, There was no statistic difference between different investigators, such as hypertension awareness and treatment. Conclusions The morbidity of hypertension among the residents of Yutian county was high. It is in urgent need to improve the diagnosis, treatment and control of hypertension. The reliability of the survey was high, however, the representative of samples need to be further explored.
