大网膜的超声显像对疾病诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的总结大网膜增厚的声像图表现,探讨其在疾病诊断中的作用及意义。方法回顾分析我院31例经手术及临床诊断明确患者的原发疾病及其周围组织的声像图,总结周围组织即大网膜的显像在原发疾病诊断中的作用。结果 31例患者大网膜增厚,回声增强,呈均匀性高或中等及偏低回声,类似饼状,28例包绕或靠近原发病灶,9例内可见结节状低回声,病理证实为种植性转移。结论超声发现大网膜增厚显像,有助于原发疾病位置的寻找及良恶性的判断。Objective Summarizethe ultrasonographic manifestation ofomentum majus thickening , explore its role in disease diagnosis and significance .Methods Retrospectively analyzed the primary diseases and thesonogram of surrounding tissue of 31 cases patients who were confirmed by operation and clinical diagnosis.Summarized the diagnosis function of surrounding tissueimagingin primary disease .Results 31 cases of patients with greater omentum thickening , enhanced echo , presented a high uniformity in grade or low echo , the shape like cake, 28 cases of wrap around or near the primary lesion , nodular low echo been found in 9 cases, histologically confirmed as plantingmetastases .Conclusions Thickening imaging of greater omentum is help to find out the location of the primary disease and judging benign or malignant of diseases .
