摘　　要：目的探讨ERCP治疗青年胆总管结石患者的护理体会。方法对25例青年胆总管结石患者行内镜下治疗。加强护理,做好术后病情的观察及并发症处理。结果 25例胆总管结石患者,成功25例,成功率100%,并发症13例,胰腺炎4例,高淀粉酶血症8例,急性胆管炎1例,均经内科保守治疗后治愈,平均住院时间8 d。结论青年胆管结石患者ERCP术后并发胰腺炎比例较大,术前及时心理干预,精心细致的护理,术后严密监测并发症,及时处理,可有效提高疗效,促进患者的早日康复。Objective To discuss the nursing comprehend of treating common duct stones in youth by ERCP.Methods We did the endoscopic therapy in 25 young patients with common duct stones , and given them intensive nursing , especially in observing the body condition and treating the complications .Results Among these 25 patients, all of their ERCP therapies were succeed （100%）.However, 13 of them got complications , 4 patients got acute pancreatitis , 8 patients got high blood amylase and 1 patient got acute cholangitis .All of them were cured by internal medicine care , and the average hospital stay was 8 days.Conclusions Pancreatitis caused by ERCP therapy may occupy high rate in young patients with common duct stones .And timely mental intervention , carefully nursing , monitoring complications and promptly treatment can utility improve the curative effect, insure the quickly recovering .
