摘　　要：目的：总结开展日间手术对缩短平均住院日的影响。方法对26843例眼科手术患者实施日间手术管理，统计开展日间手术前（2011年8月—2012年9月）和开展日间手术后（2012年10月—2013年11月）的平均住院日。结果开展日间手术后平均住院日缩短了7．4 d，手术量较前一年提高了59．25％。结论日间手术的开展对缩短平均住院日具有显著的效果。Objective To summarize the effects of daytime operation on shorten average length of stay. Methods Through the implementation of daily operation management of 26 843 cases of operation patients in Department of Ophthalmology, then, statistically analyzed and compared the average hospitalization days between August 2011 to September 2012 and that in October 2012 to November 2013.Results The average hospitalization days were shortened 7.4 days, surgery number increased by 59.25% from a year earlier.Conclusions The implementation of daily operation management has the remarkable on shorten the average hospital stay.
