品管圈活动防止患儿术后运送途中输液管路滑脱的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈在麻醉恢复后患儿运送途中防止输液管路滑脱的应用效果，从而有效提高患儿护理工作质量。方法选定主题，对麻醉恢复后运送途中维持输液的患儿进行调查，分析造成输液管路滑脱的原因，制定相应的护理措施并实施。结果通过品管圈活动的实施，2013年3—10月患儿输液管路滑脱事件发生率较2012年明显下降，且患儿输液管路滑脱率下降100％。同时增强了团队的协作精神，提高了圈长的组织管理能力、圈员解决问题的能力，有效调动了护士工作的积极性。结论品管圈活动不仅降低了患儿运送途中输液管路滑脱的发生率，而且提高了护理工作质量，培养了护士团结协作及解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the application of Quality Control Circle （ QCC） to prevent children’ s infusion line slip on the way from anesthesia recovery to ward which could effectively improve the quality of child care.Methods After the subject selected, we investigated the children with infusion line after anesthesia recovery, and then analyzed the reasons of infusion line slip.According to the investigation, we formulated and implemented corresponding nursing procedures.Results After the usage of QCC, there was apparently decreasing in the incidence rate of children transfusion line slip between March and October in 2013 compared with 2012.The rate of children transfusion line slip incidence reduced 100%.The QCC also promoted team cooperation, the organized ability of QCC director and the ability of QCC member’ s problem solving and nurses work enthusiasm.Conclusions The application of QCC can not only reduce the incidence of transfusion line slip and improve the nursing quality, but also develop nurses the team cooperation and the ability of problem solving.
