摘　　要：目的：用Meta分析方法回顾性研究探讨术后短期留置尿管患者拔管前夹闭尿管的必要性。方法按照Cochrane系统评价方法，运用RevMan 5．0软件对符合Meta分析纳入标准的临床试验研究进行定量分析。结果6个试验研究共676例患者纳入分析，合并效应检验值Z＝2．83，P＜0．01，即夹闭尿管组患者术后拔除尿管后首次自然排尿成功率较高。结论由于此6篇文献所调查的研究对象是不同手术患者，Meta分析时，异质性＞50％。因此，在临床中推广应用还须谨慎，尚需严格设计、多中心、大样本的随机对照试验结果支持。Objective To utilized retrospective Meta analysis on the necessity of short period of catheterizing with clamping before urinary canal plucking for postoperative patient.Methods According to Cochrane systematic assessment method, the result of clinical experimental investigations, which qualified by Meta analysis, utilized software RevMan5.0 to qualitatively analyze.Results There were six clinical experimental investigations involved 676 patients, and merging effect value was （Z=2.83,P〈0.01） which means patients having high success rates to urinate after canal clamping at first time.Conclusions Because of these 6 articles focused on patients with different surgeries and the heterogenicity ＆gt;50% by Meta analysis, it should be careful to utilized in clinical and required rigorous designed, multicentric and large-sample randomized controlled trail to support.
