摘　　要：网络舆情信息工作应以建立信息共享的工作环境、实现信息共享的政府工作运行和优化信息共享的技术手段为重点,分别从管理层、运行层和实务层建构相应的工作机制。通过监测预警、挖掘汇集和研判分析能力的提高,更好的服务于网络舆情信息的应对和处置。Full evaluations should be given to the realities and problems when establishing the workingmechanism correspondingly on the layers of administration, operation and service, focusing on the work-ing environment, smooth operations and the optimized tactic methods aiming at information sharing. Bet-ter services will be available for government to deal with the network public opinions and information withmore efficient information monitoring, early warning, tracing, collecting, analysis and determinations.
