摘　　要：通过IR与两大典型的文档分享网站(百度文库和豆丁网)的用户功能比较,可以看出文档分享网站人性化的设计和有效的运作能为用户带来更好的使用体验,更能满足用户需求,这正是IR平台欠缺的。相比之下,目前的IR平台功能单一,运作方式封闭,无法为用户提供良好的使用体验,不利于调动用户自存储积极性。对高校教师的抽样调查也表明,自存储系统有着潜在的市场需求,但必须有良好的使用体验才能吸引用户参与到自存储实践中来。建议从功能设计、激励机制和整合运作三方面对IR平台做出改进和完善。The functions between Institutional Repository（IR） and two famous document sharing websitesare compared.It is pointed out that humanization design and effectual operating of the Websites give userbetter experience, and meet more demands,which is the shortcoming of IR platform.IR platform based onDSpqace can not achieve a good experience now.A survey in College Teachers is also carried out andshows that the self archiving have a latent market demand,and the good user experience is necessary in at-tracting user.The suggest is that the IR system should be improved from the functional design, incentivemechanism,and operating mode.
