摘　　要：在总结国内外高校网站信息公开相关评价研究成果的基础上,构建了"高校网站信息公开效果评价指标体系"。该指标体系由7个一级指标、24个二级指标构成,并运用德尔菲法与AHP法确定了指标权重;然后运用该评价工具对我国高校网站进行了试评价,对指标性能和操作规范进行了检验,认为该评价体系具有较好的适用性和可操作性。最后,提出了若干提高高校网站信息公开质量的对策建议。Based on previous evaluations on the information disclosure effect of university websites, the＂Evaluation Index System on Information Disclosure Effect of University Websites＂is constructed. The in-dex system consists of 7 dimensions, 24 second-level indicators. Delphi and AHP methods are used to de-termine the weight of each indicator. Then the performance and operating norms of the system are testedby the evaluation on the university websites. The results show that the index system has good applicabilityand operability. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions to improve university website informationdisclosure quality are put forward.
