摘　　要：本文归纳分析了网络舆情指标体系构建已有研究成果,发现其存在体系构建不完整、指标可实现性弱等不足,尝试结合网络舆情信息工作生命周期,基于网络舆论形成过程设计包含网络舆情监测指标、网络舆情评估指标与网络舆情预警指标的三层网络舆情指标体系,并研究了指标的量化方法,为网络舆情信息工作提供了更加客观、全面、深入的科学依据。This paper analyzes the existing researches to construct indicator system of network publicopinion, find the existing systems are not complete, some indicators can not be realized, try to combine theinformation of network public opinion work life cycle, design includes network public opinion monitoringindicator, network public opinion evaluation indicator and warning indicator based on the network of pub-lic opinion formation process, and give the quantification methods for indicators, provides more objective,comprehensive and in-depth scientific basis for network public opinion information work.
