摘　　要：作业成本控制的内容包括事前、事中和事后控制,其控制程序应包括建立作业中心、制定作业成本控制标准、作业成本差异的计算与分析和作业中心的业绩评价与持续改进。Operation cost control includes beforehand control, intermediate control and afterwards control. The control program should include establishing operation center, making the homework cost control standard, operation cost variance calculation and analysis and operation center of performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
