摘　　要：本文在对陕西三所独立学院进行调查的基础上,试图探索建立适合经管类学生就业竞争力提升的模型,以培养大批素质优良、特长鲜明,能快速切入企业岗位的应用型创新型人才。Based on the survey of three independent colleges in Shaanxi Province, this paper tries to establish the improvement model which suits for the students of economy and management specialty to cultivate a large number of applied and innovative talents with excellent quality and distinct characteristics, who can quickly cut into the enterprise post.
