摘　　要：虽然知识产权本身具有地域性的特征,但经济全球化、科技发展等综合因素共同决定了在国际层面统一保护知识产权的必要性和必然趋势。在几十年的国际化发展进程中,以传统的国际立法方式为基础,知识产权国际保护体系逐步成型,并且形成了相对周延的机制运行框架。随着体系构建的逐渐成熟,我们有足够的分析素材、也有必要通过理论研究,提炼出知识产权国际化运行机制在具体实践活动当中的一般规律,并总结出模式化的操作流程,而这些经验性的结论不仅有助于提高知识产权国际立法的效率和效果,更为身处知识产权国际化潮流中的中国提供了必要的战略依据和应对措施,对知识产权的国际化发展具有重要的启示价值。Under the influence of economic globalization, technological development and other factors, regional charac- teristics of intellectual property is weakening. In the process of international development in decades, according to the tradition- al way, gradually forming the international protection system of intellectual property, and formed a complete mechanism for operating framework. With System matures, we have enough material, refining the general rules of international intellectual property operating mechanism, and summed up the mode of operation flow. These results not only help to improve the efficien- cy and effectiveness of the international intellectual property legislation, but also provides the necessary strategic basis and treatment measures for our country. These have important value to the international development of intellectual property.
