摘 要:为了更好地研究涤棉混纺交织物的阻燃性能,设计织造了6种不同规格的织物,对织物阻燃整理前后的透气性、毛细效应、垂直燃烧损毁长度等进行了测试。结果表明:经过阻燃整理后,平纹织物的透气性差于斜纹织物;在经纬密不变的情况下,对于同类组织织物,经阻燃整理后,透气性降低;织物经向的毛细效应都要比纬向的好,未经过阻燃整理的织物比经过阻燃整理的织物毛细效应好;在织物组织、经密和纬密相同时,经阻燃整理后的织物静、动悬垂系数增大,织物变得刚硬。认为:经阻燃整理后,织物阻燃性较好。In order to better study the flame resistance property of polyester cotton blended intertexture,six kinds of fabrics with different specification were designed and woven. Fabric properties before and after flame resistance finishing like air permeability,capillary effect and vertical burn damaged length etc. were tested. The resuits show that air permeability of plain weave fabric after flame resistance finishing is worse than that of twill fabric. Air permeability of fabric is reduced from same weave structure after flame resistance finishing when warp and weft density are constant. Fabric capillary effect in warp direction is better than that in weft direction. Capil lary effect of fabric without flame resistance finishing is better than that of fabric after flame resistance finishing. When fabric weave structure, warp and weft density are the same, both dynamic and static drape coefficient of fab tic after flame resistance finishing are increased. Fabric become rigid. It is considered that fabric flame resistance property is better after finishing.
