摘　　要：探讨国产细纱集体落纱长车集聚纺改造的方法以及提高生产效率的技术措施。阐述了国产JWF1562型细纱长车主要工艺参数和结构性能特点以及进行四罗拉集聚纺改造的技术方案。从实际生产应用中,分析总结出了细纱集聚纺长车改进成纱质量、提高集聚纺生产和集体落纱效率的各项具体技术和管理措施。认为:在国产细纱集体落纱长车上实施集聚纺改造,通过采取一系列技术和管理措施,能够较好地达到改进产品质量、提高生产效率、实现优质高产高效率生产的目的。Condensed spinning modification method of domestic spinning machine with above thousands of spindles and collective yarn dropping and technology measures to improve production efficiency were discussed. Main process parameter and structural performance of JWF1562 domestic spinning machine and technology pro posal of four rollers condensed spinning modification were introduced. In practical production and application, each specific technology and management measures to improve product quality ＆ increase condensed spinning production and collective yarn dropping efficiency were analyzed and summarized. It is considered that product quality can be improved by adopting a series of technology and management measures through modifying con densed spinning in domestic spinning machine with above thousands of spindles and collective yarn dropping. Production efficiency can be increased. The aim of high output and higher efficiency production can be realized.
